Cheap Car Rentals Florida - Lyrics Three

I Didn't Know

you melted my heart, we met in the springtime,

The love that you planted was strong from the start.

you made my life rich, we blossomed in summer,

The flame of love lit, the days without number.

But an angel came in autumn and placed you in their care.

The leaves fell as you caught them

Matching gold lights in your hair.

i call your name when mem'ries come 'round,

As autumn's first leaf drifts to the ground.

I didn't know how much I loved you

Until you went away.

I didn't say "I love you" until that final day.

The music that was you I only noticed when it stopped.

I didn't take the time to say I cared for you a lot.

My love of life went with you - too late for me to say

I didn't know how much I loved you

Until the day you went away.

I Run Ev'ry Morning

Who's that guy just clipping along?

The slap of his Nikes making a song?

he's prob'ly the athlete who lives upstairs,

The one who keeps waving and getting in my hair.

i don't mind you chasing me if that's your style,

Bout a country mile, i run ev'ry morning.

Too, but you'd better be smart and good looking.

At least an oh two, have a great car.

i can even be bought, i admit I like money,

I might try to get caught, and if you're real nice.

I can run pretty fast, it's not gonna be easy.

if he wants to share my love,

I'll have to see what he's made of.

i don't mind you following if that's your style,

I run ev'ry morning 'bout a country mile.

now he's matching my pace and I seem to be slowing,

What's gonna happen there's no way of knowing.

the way this race was fought, he's not playing fair,

I seem to be caught, but since my heart is racing.

So if you've been wond'ring

w here we've been all the while,

We run ev'ry morning 'bout a country mile.

I've Never Changed

some people should try to better themselves,

There's always room for improvement.

One person I know well needs rearranging -

They keep on changing, some others are fickle.

I'm still the same, i've never changed.

I'm doing again, what I used to do.

Those habits of mine that I had before

Not more, not less, number the same.

there's not much hope, i'm in a rut,

Not even the Pope, nobody's perfect.

i continue to do the things I did;

You almost discovered the one that I hid.

Don't think I can, but I've never changed.

You'll have to love me the way I am.
